Graduation ceremonies will be held Wednesday, May 10 and Thursday, May 11, as follows:

Wednesday, May 10
2:00 p.m.

  • School of Health Sciences

Thursday, May 11
10:00 a.m.:

  • College of Arts & Sciences
  • Georgia Academy

2:00 p.m.:

  • Graduate Studies
  • School of Aviation
  • School of Business
  • School of Education
  • School of Information Technology

Number of Tickets Per Graduate

Each candidate will receive 5 guest tickets. The availability of additional tickets is limited and will be given on a first come first served basis. Beginning April 24th, graduates may request a maximum of (2) two additional tickets by submitting a request, in person, to the Registrar’s Office on the Macon Campus. A form will be provided at the Registrar’s counter.

Seats are not assigned, so guest are encouraged to arrive early for best seating.

Guests arriving after the live ceremonies reach capacity, will be seated in the overflow room located in the Teacher Education Building 231. The ceremony will be live streamed.

Doors open at 8:00 a.m. for the 10:00 a.m. ceremony and at 12:00 p.m. for the 2:00 p.m. ceremony.

Accommodations for Guest with Disabilities

Any candidate needing special accommodations for him/herself or family member should contact the Office of Disability Services (478.471.2985) as early as possible to make arrangements for parking and appropriate seating.

Ticket Pick-up

Tickets may be picked up at the Registrar’s Office from April 24th thru April 28th.

Lost Tickets

If you lose a ticket once you have picked them up, you may obtain a replacement ticket through the Registrar’s Office: call (478) 471-2900 or email, . You will be notified when your replacement is available for pick up. Note that the replacement will be stamped with the same number as the lost one and the original ticket will be cancelled.
