The Registrar's Office maintains records for all students who have been admitted to the university. We are here to provide students and faculty with support for registration, maintenance of student records, graduation, transcripts, and other related areas.

Mission Statement

The Office of the Registrar is a service function within the Directorate of Enrollment Management that is dedicated to continuously serving students, faculty, staff administrators, other institutions, and the community by managing and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all students' academic records and their rights to privacy. It is our mission to subscribe to the highest ethical principles in our profession and strive to serve with accuracy, honesty, and integrity while upholding policies and procedures in compliance with the University and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The role of the Registrar's Office:

The responsibility of the Registrar's Office includes, but are not limited to academic renewal determinations, registration, residency determination, end-of-term grade and academic standing processing, certification of veterans, the evaluation of transcripts for new and continuing students for transfer credit, enrollment verification, program changes, veteran support, degree evaluation, clearing students for graduation and awarding degrees, enrollment and statistical reporting, management of academic records and other related task.

Registration 

The Registrar's Office provides resources and assistance to students during the registration process. The resources include instructions for current students, a Frequently Asked Questions page, tutorials for adding or dropping classes, information about priority registration, and instructions for former students returning to MGA.
