Fitness Assessments

Appointments may be made at the front desk of the Wellness Center or by contacting . Appointment times are Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00am and 2:00pm.

Fitness Assessments will include the following:

  • Measurement of Height and Weight
  • Heart Rate measurements (Active and Resting)
  • Measurement of Waist Circumference
  • Blood Pressure Reading
  • Skin Fold (Calipers) Testing
  • Cardiovascular Fitness
  • Muscular strength and endurance
  • Flexibility
