Group Fitness Schedule

Spring 2017 Group Fitness Schedule

Group fitness classes meet in the Macon Campus Recreation & Wellness Center. Most classes generally last between 30-50 minutes. Due to students' class schedules, we understand that some may arrive to group fitness late or need to leave early. We still encourage you to participate whenever possible. Middle Georgia State University offers a state of the art Recreation and Wellness Center on the Macon Campus.

Current students in Good Academic standing are eligible to take advantage of this facility and the programs that it provides.

Faculty and Staff may purchase a membership for $15.00 per month.
**The fee will increase to $20 per month as of May 1, 2017**

Community members may purchase a membership for $40.00 per month.

The membership includes access to the equipment, basketball courts, racquetball courts, group fitness classes, bowling, and the indoor swimming pool.

If you are interested in a membership, please contact us at (478) 471-3624 or stop by the Wellness Center any time during our Operating Hours to receive a tour of the facility and learn how to become a member.
