MGA Featured On Southern States Showcase

The Southern States Athletic Conference's (SSAC) weekly television show on Sports South featured Middle Georgia State College (MGA) at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26. Co-hosts Jon Nelson and Nicole Muracco, along with producer Scott Singer, traveled to Cochran and Macon last week to film the campuses and get interviews with Dr. Christopher Blake, MGA president, and Charles Mullis, athletic director.

The weekly show, called the Southern States Showcase, highlights different SSAC campuses to discuss athletics but also other characteristics of the institution. The show featured a special introduction and closing.Tune in to find out what Middle Georgia State provided as a first in the history of the show.

The show aired for the first time at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 26, on Sports South and will be rebroadcast at 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 27.
