MGA's Peacock Gallery Features Work of Luke Buffenmyer

Middle Georgia State University's Peacock Gallery will feature work of Luke Buffenmyer, assistant professor of Art at Mercer University, from August 29 to September 30. An opening reception/gallery talk, free and open to the public, will take place at 6 p.m. Monday, August 29.

Peacock Gallery is located in Russell Hall on MGA's Cochran Campus.

Luke Buffenmyer is an artist working in a variety of mediums that explore memories, emotion, desire, illusion and fact. He is motivated as an artist by a deep-rooted and constant need to make things.

Peacock Gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to noon Friday. Admission is free.
