MGA Campus Events
In honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Office of Campus Culture & Community and the Office of Greek Life & Community Service are teaming up to support MLK's Call for Service and Community: "Everybody can be great because anybody can serve." This year, we invite MGA students, faculty, and staff to volunteer with Backpack Buddies, an initiative supporting children experiencing food insecurity.
What is Backpack Buddies? Backpack Buddies provides nutritious, kid-friendly, pre-packed meals to children in need for the weekend when they don't have access to school meals.
What will you be doing?
Packing bags of food or stocking food
Volunteer Information:
Date: Friday, January 17th, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
