Office of Finance & Operations
Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Finance & Operations is to provide leadership in the area of fiscal policy and stewardship of Middle Georgia State University resources so as to further the College’s commitment to quality education and student success.
The Vice President Finance & Operations pledges:
- to maintain the highest standards of professional and personal conduct;
- to provide a supportive climate for departments and directors reporting to this office;
- to openly communicate and cooperate across all campus functional areas; and
- to provide quality services promptly, equitably, and in a courteous manner.
The offices reporting to the Vice President Finance & Operations are as follows:
- Office of Finance, Budget and Planning – Brian Stanley C.P.A., Assistant Vice President
- Auxiliary Services – Gerald Sullivan, Executive Director
- Human Resources – Pamela Booker, Chief Human Resources Officer
- Facilities / Plant Operations – David Sims, Associate Vice President
- Risk Management / Police Department – Tripp Mitchell, Assistant Vice President
