New/Continuing Programs

Interested in initiating a Study Abroad/Study Away program for travel next year? Here is what you will need to do:

New Programs:

• Complete form here (Deadline Jan. 20^th): https://forms.office.com/r/zdVET7CjQY

(Please note that all faculty led programs must have the support of Department Chair and Dean’s approval.) An email will suffice.

• Attend new Faculty Lead for Study Abroad Orientation (February, Dates TBD)
• Submit a Study Abroad Proposal with MOA by March 6^th to

Proposals will be reviewed and approved by April 12^th. Recruitment for programs may not begin until proposals have been approved.

Continuing Programs:

• Planning to continue an approved program, submit updated program and budget information to (Deadline January 20^th). (Please note that all continuing faculty led programs must have the support of Department Chair and Dean’s approval for the upcoming travel year.) An email will suffice.
• Attend a Faculty Lead for Study Abroad Update (February, Dates TBD)
