               Dr. Keith Moffett


                   Dr. Keith Moffett is currently the county
               manager for Macon-Bibb and has spent his
               professional career in city/county management,
               economic development, coordinating govern-
               ment resources for entrepreneurs, and higher
               education. He served eight years in the United
