Film

The Department of Media, Culture, and the Arts offers an exciting 21 ^st century program in Film Production within the BA in Applied Art and Design curriculum.

Students course work includes Documentary and Fictional Film Making, Screen Writing, Film Analysis and Theory, Digital Storytelling, and Film History.  Complimented by courses in Studio Art, Design, Art History, and a strong foundational core in the Visual Arts. The Film concentration includes an embedded professional minor in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Professional Writing, or courses offered through the Georgia Film Academy. Intern options such as  NMAC 4470 ,  NMAC 4471  and  NMAC 4472  help prepare students for graduate school admission or employment in the working world.
