Financial Aid Verification
If your FAFSA is selected for verification, additional information is required by the Office of Financial Aid before your federal student aid eligibility can be determined. You may be asked to submit tax returns and provide information about the people counted in your family size.
Log on to mga.studentforms.com with your MGA username and password to complete the required steps for verification. Students and parents can upload required documents and complete all necessary forms in this secure portal. You can also receive text messages as your information is reviewed and updated.
