3. Click on ELIGIBILITY
4. Click on STUDENT REQUIREMENTS
5. Select ACADEMIC YEAR (if required)
6. Click SUBMIT
7. Review the list for any missing documents
8. Instructions where and how to submit missing documents will be provided in your SWORDS account

What is the FAFSA Verification Process?

By using the MGA StudentForms Portal, you can securely upload documents and complete the necessary forms to complete the financial aid verification process.

4. Click on ACADEMIC PROGRESS
5. Select ACADEMIC YEAR (if required)
6. Click SUBMIT

To review and accept or decline awards, follow the steps under “Accept and Decline Each Award” on Accepting Financial Aid Awards.

Note: You must accept your award each year. Your financial aid will not be applied to your tuition and fees until you complete these steps.

During pre-registration, your financial aid awards will be authorized and memoed to alert the business office to secure your classes.

You will be able to view:

• Your authorized financial aid awards
• Review the expected date that awards will pay for classes
• Pending transactions
• Your final balance due after financial aid awards have been applied (see: Account Balance net of Authorized Financial Aid)
