Eligibility for Health Clinic Services
All Middle Georgia State University students paying the student health fee and enrolled during current semester are eligible to use the Health Clinic services. *Consent from a parent/guardian is required for students under the age of 18. A valid Middle Georgia State University Knight ID card is required to access services at the Health Clinic. Service is free to students, with the exception of lab/testing fees. If testing is required, the clinic only accepts cash payments. If students do not have payment for these services at time of visit a confidential transfer will be made to their student account via the Bursar's office.
In the event a faculty/staff member is unable to be seen by their primary care provider, CVS minute clinic, or LiveHealth on-line as preferred through USG benefits/insurance, they can be seen in the health clinic for a $25 per visit charge. Faculty/Staff are expected to pay the $25 fee at time of visit. The Clinics accept cash and check payments only; no credit/debit transactions are accepted; not eligible for FSA/HSA. Additional fees are added for testing, medicines, or outsourced labs as required.
