Payments and Fees

Clinic Visit Fee:
  • Students: FREE (please see note below)*
  • Faculty/Staff: $25 per visit (additional charges for testing)*
Method of Payment:

The Macon Health Clinic accepts payment with cash. All payments are expected at the time of service. If student is unable to pay at time service is rendered, he/she can utilize a confidential transfer of funds from student account via Bursars office. All expenses related to services of other medical providers are the responsibility of the patient.

The Cochran Health Clinic currently accepts payments of cash. All payments are expected at the time of service. If student is unable to pay at time service is rendered, he/she can utilize a confidential transfer of funds from student account via Bursars office. All expenses related to services of other medical providers are the responsibility of the patient.

Faculty/Staff are expected to pay at time of services. Cash or check payment is accepted.

Note: Additional fees for lab work and diagnostic screening apply to students as well as faculty/staff.
