INTERNAL SURVEYS

The Office of Institutional Research and Data Strategy conducts a variety of surveys on-campus with the intent of providing useful information on students and student engagement to university administrators and the university community.

EXTERNAL SURVEYS

In addition to conducting surveys internally, OIRDS responds to surveys from CollegeBoard and U.S. News & World Report.

MGA now has an institutional license for Qualtrics: https://mgasurvey.qualtrics.com/

  • Choose SSO and use your MGA credentials. Logging in the first time creates your account.
  • With this adoption we are sunsetting OIRDS support for Survey Monkey.
  • Resources can be found at Qualtrics XM Support and Qualtrics Topics from A to Z
  • Qualtrics supports robust reporting, nuanced layed analysis, and support for data visualization. 

Microsoft Forms may also be used for surveys (resources for Microsoft Forms).

  • MS Forms support reporting, basic analysis, and support for data visualization. 
  • Sometimes you may find it useful to responses to those with MGA credentials. MS Forms may be a better service in those instances.
