Technical Assistance Center (TAC)


Technical assistance is available through the MGA helpdesk ticketing system or at one of our Technical Assistance Centers (TAC) located in Macon (Library) and Cochran (Jackson Hall). General services include support for Brightspace (D2L), email, SWORDS, and password assistance. Students may submit a ticket to the MyMGA Student Success Hub or call the TAC at 478.471.2464 for assistance. For more information, visit the OTR website.
